1. What is OmniGraph, really?
OmniGraph is an AI-powered platform that helps Shopify stores optimize and scale their product content and inventory. From rewriting descriptions to syncing translations and improving SEO, we turn chaotic catalogs into consistent, high-performing storefronts – without the need for endless manual work.
2. Who is OmniGraph built for?
Shopify brands – especially small to mid-sized businesses that don’t have full-time content teams but still want pro-level product content. If you’ve got too many products and not enough hours in the day, this is for you.
3. How do I connect my Shopify store?
It takes 2 minutes. Just create a free OmniGraph account, go to “Connect Store,” and follow the Shopify authentication flow. No developer required.
4. Is it really free to get started?
Yes. The core experience is completely free – including connecting your store, running analysis, and seeing your first content recommendations. Paid tiers unlock even more products to use OmniGraph on.
5. What is a ‘product content recommendation’?
It’s a suggested improvement for one of your products – like rewriting a weak description, adding SEO metadata, fixing a broken translation, or improving the structure of your listing. We prioritize them based on impact.
6. How does OmniGraph score my product content?
We use a proprietary scoring model that looks at clarity, completeness, formatting, language quality, and SEO friendliness. Each product gets a score out of 100 so you can track improvement over time.
7. Can I bulk-apply recommendations?
Absolutely. Whether you have 5 or 500 products, you can apply improvements in one click. That’s kind of the point.
8. What happens when I apply a recommendation?
We update your Shopify product directly through the API. Descriptions, SEO fields, translations – all synced instantly (well, give it 5–10 seconds).
9. How does OmniGraph help with inventory management and optimization?
OmniGraph’s Inventory AI leverages your Shopify order and inventory data to predict demand, identify slow movers, and prevent stockouts. It goes beyond static dashboards and delivers actionable restocking recommendations (including ROI estimates), low‑stock alerts, and excess‑inventory flags that help optimize working capital. Plus, a historical stock tracking feature supports accounting and audit workflows – no more manual logbooks or guessing.
10. Can OmniGraph prevent stockouts and overstock situations?
Yes – OmniGraph watches your stock levels in real time and flags variants approaching low coverage. Our platform combines demand forecasting (based on historical sales and seasonality) with smart reorder signals to help you act proactively. If products are moving slowly, OmniGraph highlights these low‑velocity SKUs, helping you free up cash and avoid waste. All insights are visible in your dashboard – no spreadsheets, no guesswork.
11. Will OmniGraph overwrite anything without my approval?
Never. You’re in full control. Nothing gets changed in Shopify unless you explicitly click “Apply.”
12. How does the translation sync work?
When you approve a new version of a product description, OmniGraph automatically regenerates the translations based on your new content. No more outdated foreign-language listings.
13. What is the Content Graph?
It’s a visual way to track which parts of a product’s content are in sync – and which need attention. It shows you descriptions, translations, SEO data, and their current status in one place.
14. What is the Design Guide and why should I care?
The Design Guide lets you define a standardized structure for your product descriptions (e.g. headline, benefits list, layout). OmniGraph will then follow this structure for every future recommendation – making sure your brand voice stays consistent.
15. Can I customize the tone of voice?
Yes. You can configure your brand tone to be friendly, playful, technical, concise – whatever suits your style. OmniGraph will follow it when generating new content.
16. Can I reject a recommendation and ask for a new one?
Definitely. Just click “Reject and Rerun,” give a bit of feedback, and we’ll generate a new version using that input.
17. What types of product content can OmniGraph help with?
-

-
SEO meta fields
-
Multilingual translations
-
Design structure/layout
-

16. Is OmniGraph only for English stores?
Nope. OmniGraph works across multiple languages. You can generate and sync translations in supported languages like Spanish, Swedish, and more – and we’re adding new ones regularly.
17. How long does it take to see results?
Most users see a measurable bump in content quality and store performance within the first few hours of applying recommendations. It’s immediate impact without the wait.
18. Do I need to know code or HTML to use OmniGraph?
Not at all. Everything is visual and user-friendly. If you do know HTML, you’ll find some optional formatting tools – but they’re not required.
19. What happens if I change something in Shopify manually?
OmniGraph will pick up on the change the next time you sync, and may recommend updates to translations or other fields to keep everything in sync.
20. What sets OmniGraph apart from other Shopify content tools?
OmniGraph combines AI-powered recommendations with true control and customization. Instead of generic content generation, we focus on improving what you already have, making it faster, better, and more aligned with your brand. Plus, the whole experience is actually enjoyable to use.
21. How often does OmniGraph sync data?
OmniGraph syncs your Shopify data every minute—automatically. Keep catalogs and recommendations fresh with 60-second updates and zero manual effort.
