Bulk apply product content recommendations in one click

Managing product content one product at a time is great for precision. But when you’ve got a large catalog and a long list of recommendations, you’ll want something faster. That’s where OmniGraph’s bulk recommendation handling comes in.

In the Refinements Overview, you’ll find a tabular view of all product content recommendations available for your shop. This includes AI-generated rewrites of your product descriptions – each one designed to improve clarity, appeal, and SEO performance. Alongside the table, you’ll also see key analytics:

• Your average health score

• How many products have pending recommendations

• Distribution of recommendations across status (pending, applied, processing)

• Breakdown of health score tiers (low, medium, high)

Each row in the table represents a single recommendation, and just like other tables in OmniGraph, clicking a row gives you full details about what’s been changed and why.

When you’re ready to update your store, you have two options:

1. Select individual recommendations and click Apply

2. Or just go all in and click Apply All

In the demo shown, all 36 available refinements were applied at once. OmniGraph then moved them into a processing state while syncing the updates to Shopify. Within seconds, the system confirmed that every update was applied and the store’s health score jumped from 96% to a full 100%.

Once you’re finished with refinements, you can move directly into other recommendation types like translations, which follow the exact same workflow: bulk view, high-level metrics, and one-click application.
